Greek Pasta with Seared TunaI used orzo instead of the linguine and kept the tuna in steaks. The acidity in the pasta mixture is a great contrast to the richness of the fish.

Budget- Chicken KormaAlmonds do not puree sufficiently in a food processor. I suggest the addition of some turmeric to at least give it an attractive colour.

Risotto Ai Gamberri - (Shrimp Risotto)Lovely. I thought that the tomato might be overpowering but the final result had a good balance of flavours. Couldn't find parsley today but basil made a fine substitute.
