WOW!!! This kicks the butt of both pancakes and traditional French toast. I used my own 'homemade' whole wheat Bisquick mix and whole wheat bread. Perfectly browned and slightly crisp on the outside, perfectly moist on the inside... An amazing breakfast/brunch!!

I've never been a big coleslaw person, but I think this dressing is changing my mind!! According to my personal tastes I cut down the Splenda and boosted the vinegar, substituted low-fat sour cream and a bit of skim milk for the cream, and added a touch of deli mustard. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

Wow, I couldn't believe how delicious these were!! And so easy. I doubled the recipe and baked in a 9x13 pan for 45 min, and they were perfect. The texture is dense, making them easy to cut, but moist and soft from the pienapple. The Graham cracker and brown sugar give them a very rich flavour, and they have jus the right sweetness!
