Tried this for the first time tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed preparing and cooking the dish, almost as much as eating it!
I love balsamic vinegar so I used a little more than what the recipe suggested and it didn't overpower the dish at all. Also love a crispy skin on salmon so cooked it for an extra few minutes.
Serves with diced potato and chorizo, this one went down a treat. Thanks for the recipe!
