In general; stews, chili's, pasta's, and steak, also im a big fan of chili dogs.
If I was on death row and they asked what I wanted for my last meal it would probably be a little of each of these.
I like to cook for friends and family.
I tend to be a really overzealous in the kitchen, I like everything to be done my way. So im not to much fun to cook with. Im working on it though.

Basic BreadIt is excellent. like when making most bread dont over knead it and it rises high and taste great.
