Chicken Cordon Bleu with White Wine Sauce

After reading the comments I also chose to use chicken broth forthe sauce instead of cooking wine. It turned out great. My mistake was not pounding the chicken enough bit was too thick to roll properly and the ham/cheese was lost. I'd def like to try this again and change that one thing: thinner chicken!
