Roast Chicken with Herb Butter, Onions and GarlicThe BEST way to make chicken! The garlic cloves melt into little pods of butter. Sometimes I even put more garlic in. I use way less butter than the recipe calls for- just enough to make the herbs easy to spread.

Spicy Baked SalmonWe don't eat salmon any other way! I have found under the broiler though that the olive oil makes a mess so we wrap the salmon in foil, leave a bit of "breathing" room on top. Helps with the spatter!

Corn ChowderGreat chowder! Even my 5 year old will eat it. I subbed sour cream for the half and half.

Balsamic Chicken On Minted Spinach, Fennel and Grape SlawAwesome recipe! I used cucumber instead of fennel, and then drizzled the finished salad with a balsamic reduction as well as the dressing from the recipe. Delish!
