Classic Macaroni Salad

Classic Macaroni Salad

Great "go to" Mac salad!!! U can add ALL kinds of extras. These are ingredients that are typically on hand. Best made the night before IMO. I used less green pepper as I think it overpowers most everything else

Vintage Hamburger Goulash

Vintage Hamburger Goulash

Very bland. Added tons of seasonings (salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes). Also used roll sausage (hot) and my boys loved it! Oh used two cans of stewed tomatoes as well! Almost seems like a different recipe now. Parmesan on top. Really good!
