Amazing! This was the first time I have EVER cooked a piece of meat like this in the oven and it turned out beatiful. I forgot the mustard but it was still divine. Perfect for a dinner with guests that you like :), you might want to do most of the preparation beforehand and they can literally just be popped into the oven. I used a thermometer to ensure that i did not overcook, pulled out while they were still around 145 degrees as they will continue to cook even after they are out of the oven. I used to small filet mignons and the timing was perfect!
awesome! i did not add cilantro and it was still more than tasty with the perfect amount of "kick" to it. this was the first time i cooked with chicken thighs as I usually use breasts, but they came out perfect and i was glad i stuck with the recipe! perfectly delicious served over white rice!
