Romano's Macaroni Grille Vodka RusticaExcellent recipe. I added fresh sauteed mushrooms, didn't have vodka so I substituted white wine and added more shrimp. Big hit, will definitely make again. I served it with roasted asparagus (brush with olive oil, salt and pepper, 400 degree oven for 8-10 min.)
