Cajun Chicken PastaGreat Recipe! i made my own changes but could have never done it without this recipe. Here is what I changed (family loved it!!) ... i needed to make more so i doubled the recipe and i used 2 cups of heavy cream and 1 cup of regular milk.... I used shrimp instead of chicken adding the shrimp after sauté of vegetables. I added a few caps of liquid crab to the water when boiling the noodles. After i mixed the noodles and the sauce together i added a 3oz can of parmesan cheese and mixed well. This was awesome! Crab boil gives it that cajun kick!
