Absolutely delish!!! I added 6 oz fresh spinach right before it was done which made it even better. This is similar to a dish from one of my favorite restaurants in New Orleans. It was was made using chicken instead of shrimp and goat cheese instead if parmesan. Add some pine nuts and don't forget the spinach. And if you've never tried goat cheese...don't be scared . I promise u won't be disappointed!
