Corn On The Cob On The BbqThis is an awesome recipe! My husband made it along with steaks for Mother's Day. I wouldn't change a single thing!

Ricotta Stuffed ShellsThese are great! I added 1/2 Tbsp. of Oregano to the cheese stuffing mixture and sprinkled the stuffed shells with crushed red pepper after removing the dish from the oven. I also used a spicy, chunky sauce. So easy and versatile. We'll be having this often and experimenting by adding meat, etc. Thanks for sharing!

Super Bowl Corn DogsThis looks great. Does anyone know where to find the sticks?

Oreo DessertThis is easy and it's pretty good. It makes a pretty dessert. I can't help but wonder if it would be better with some other flavor of pudding. There's a little too much chocolate or something. If I make this again I will try French vanilla or banana pudding in place of the chocolate or swap the Oreos for some vanilla sandwich cookies. It would be a fun one to experiment with.

Extraordinary Stuffed PeppersThis was an awesome dish, although I changed it up a lot and will probably post my version (with reference to your original). I wanted to make these similar to the stuffed bell peppers I make using your spice combinations (with the exception of the cinnamon). I mixed the ground beef, one raw egg, a can of Ro-tel tomatoes and some minute rice in a bowl like I was making a meatloaf. I then added the spices, omitting the cinnamon and spinach, and added a few dashes of Worcestershire, mixed again and stuffed the peppers with the raw meat mixture. I baked them for an hour before adding the cheese to make sure the meat was thoroughly cooked. The mildness of the poblano pepper combined with the creaminess of the oaxaca cheese and slight spiciness of the meat filling was wonderful.

Corn DogsThese were easy and excellent! We did not have the sticks so we just cut the wieners in half and dropped them in the oil.

BBQ Pepper Jack ChickenI have GOT to try this one!

Extra-Easy LasagnaWhile I loved the simplicity of this dish and the idea of using the uncooked noodles, I did think it lacked flavor. I think some seasoning added to the sauce, such as sugar, oregano, crushed red pepper, etc. would liven up the jarred sauce. I would also add some parsley, salt and pepper to the cheese mixture. I may try it again and 'dress it up a little'. :)

Slow Cooker Chicken BarbecueGood slow cooker recipes are few and far between in my opinion, but I love the good ones and this one is a keeper! This makes delicious sandwiches. I omitted the onion, added about 1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke and served on Kings Hawaiian Buns with a dash of pepper sauce. This would be a great meal for a crowd because it makes a lot. LOVE this recipe!

Texas Two Step MeatloafYou can substitute Heinz Chili Sauce for the Ketchup in the topping for some added zing.

BAM's Chicken SaladAfter trying this again using plain, boiled chicken breasts, I prefer it without the seasonings of the leftover rotesserie chicken. This is something that just doesn't need much seasoning in my opinion. I boiled the chicken breasts in plain water with just a little salt.

Barbara, I so sorry that for 2 months I have not noticed the question you posted on my comment wall about butter rolls. The quick answer is yes, I know what they are, I have several recipes, a recipe from my maternal grandmother which I don't care for (too soggy, doughy and syrupy), a recipe from one of my paternal (Polish) aunts that's quite good, and several others that we've tried over the years and have worked for us. I will be happy to share them with you as soon as I can but they are on a rolodex program on my home computer in Indiana. I'm still visiting my father at his home in Okeechobee Florida but will be returning to Indiana soon. Take care and God bless.
