Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)What an unbelievably simple dish, with an amazing outcome. My only issue was I followed the recipe exactly and there wasn't enough for my hungry lot to have seconds. I HIGHLY recommend doubling the quantities coz you will go back for more!!! THANKS :-) I

Beef StroganoffI used beef stock instead of consommé and red wine instead of sherry and it turned out fabulous. All of your recipes so far have been delicious. Thank you :-)

Chicken in Basil Cream (9)I made this last night and it was delicious. I added some chili and garlic. Next time I make the sauce I will serve it with steak.
