Cajun Blackened TunaI'm a novice at cooking fish so was looking for some inspiration for the bargain tuna I picked up. This recipe was so quick and simple and easy to change the coating to suit taste/ available spices. I had this with egg noodles cooked with soy sauce and really impressed the wife!
