What's for dinner?
I am retired and if I had my way I would never cook again. After almost forty four years of cooking I have had it. However, in the real world, we much still cook.
I like to cook as long as I have the time and do not have to rush, like I had to when I worked.
I have lost fifty pounds so I am always looking for new recipes, preferably high protein, low carb. I do NOT want to ever gain those pounds back!!
That is about all about me for now.
