German Fried PotatoesThis was a really big recipe. I cut it in half and decreased the amount of oil more than half. It was still pretty greasy, but it was tasty! I drained the excess oil and there was still a lot of oil, so I tweak that part next time. It would be a great Christmas am breakfast made the day before. It gets even better each day.
