Great HamburgersHINT: make the burgers an hour or so ahead of time. It seems to firm them up, less crumbly and easier to grill with. Separate with wax paper. I also use a inexpensive patty press thing ($2.99) But wow, talk about flavor and for an age old food like burgers, it is impressive to improve on an old staple.
