Baby Back Pork Ribs with Barbeque SauceSecond time making it, enjoyed the first. This time with 15 shakes of habanero Tabasco sauce into the BBQ sauce, a little bite gets you in the back of the throat after the sweetness. So good.

Shrimp CevicheIt was thoroughly enjoyed at a friend's New Year party. Went straight to favorites. I may ease up a little on the red onion next time but it WAS good.
