Jamaican Oxtail StewMy family liked this, it is a healthy food that will make young people strong. It was very good tasting as well.

Chicken Enchiladas Suiza (Enchiladas with Creamy Cheese Sauce)Very delicious recipe with a good cream sauce to it. I used leftover chicken and my girls ate it all happily. They liked the cheese sauce very much so I will try using it to top chicken breasts too.

Easy Grilled Chicken MarinadeMy family also enjoyed this, I did have to translate what non-reactive meant as English is not my first language. I should have listened to my 11 year old. Plastic! She says. But she cleaned her dish off as did we all.

Roasted CauliflowerThis was excellent as others say. My children enjoyed it very much with their chicken recipe that I found here also. Only the youngest did not like the capers, she played with them instead hah.

Bourbon ChickenI too saw this recipe popular for a long time and tried to make. I am a beginner cook and this was very easy for me to make for my young daughters. I did not put all the spice in for fear they would not like it but the oldest who is 11 said she wished it were hotter. All of us enjoyed the sweetness over rice and will have it again soon.

Hi, thank you for the nice comment on my recipe page. The salt and pepper is added twice, b/c it is added at 2 different times during the recipe and not meant to be added all at once. Glad you liked it !

I googled crockpot, yes I think I will get one, I am an electrician so finding work is not bad. crock pot food seems logical, thank you for suggestions!
