perfect for everything chilli (crock pot) very easyTasty, and very simple like many crock pot recipes, but it would be great if you included specifics regarding amounts. For example, how big of a bag of frozen onions, 1lb? My market didn't have frozen onions, so i used a large onion, and it was plenty for 6 servings. Or, how big a can of beans 12 oz? I used a 16oz can for 6servings and that wound up working out too. Oh, and if you don't like your chili on the sweet side, make sure to use a BBQ sauce that isn't sweet. I used cattleman's honey BBQ and it made the chili a little too sweet for my taste.

Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and RosemaryVery tasty, potatoes were fully cooked thanks to the boiling step. Should have minced the garlic for a more consistent flavor throughout, but even just crushed provided a good compliment to the rosemary.
