I personally LOVED the kick this yummy recipe had! My husband didn't however.... :-( I will make this again and I think next time just to try to be healthier I would reduce the amounts of oil and red pepper flakes for my hubster....(However I will just add manually to my dish!) I am just now learning to cook. I had to make more sauce because either my potatoes were too big or I wasn't spreading it thin enough. I think the real problem was just my lack of experience in the kitchen. It took over an hour to cook (I used the oven instead of a microwave). But when it was finally done, it tasted great!
