Given the simplicity, I picked a very good brand of fresh country sausage and a mix of jarlsberg and manchego cheeses and let it refrigerate overnight. It turned out excellent; the whole family raved.

This came out delicious, even though I omitted the chile since only I in the family like the heat. But I was looking to use both scallops and shrimp I had available in a recipe with a Thai flavor. This worked well.

I'm scraping the pan with a spoon to get at the very last bits of this sauce. That's a sure sign of a "keeper" recipe. This was delicious.

Very good. Children enjoyed the wings, which was the goal. The soy sauce already gives the recipe an oriental flair. But next time I may add a hint of ginger.

Was looking for an easy, quick dinner and was without a few ingredients (sour cream and some herbs) and substituted instant mashed potatoes. Wife and kids still loved it. It's in my "favorites" for full version next time.
