Vintage Hamburger GoulashAdded a few more spices but it didn't help much. Thought it was bland. But eating the leftovers the next day it seemed to greatly improve. Much better the second day.

Bacon wrapped chickenThese are very good. I added some red pepper. Bacon didnt get very crisp. Next time I'll use a thinner sliced bacon.

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistVery very good. Would probably use less broth next time. I did use corn tortillas which I like better as enchiladas. My daughter who hates everything loved this.
