Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger GlazeThis was absolutely wonderful. In all honesty I did not follow the recipe exactly. In fact I changed quite a bit since I made them on a whim but they were great none the less. I did not actually glaze the pork. Potato Asparagus Soup with Spring OnionsWonderful flavors! I did lightly blend the soup and add a half cup cream to more closely resemble the soup I had served at my wedding, but the recipe is good just as is as well.

Gnocchi and Chicken SoupIt has been a while since I had the olive garden version but this one is wonderful. If the flavor isn't quite right I recommend adding more salt. Not the best for someone on a heart healthy diet, but for those of us who are not it is well worth it. My husband is already asking for me to make it again
