Broccoli Ham Bakethis was a hit at my table, i learned, however, this is a wonderful SIDE dish. not meant for supper.... i will be makeing this for a side for thanksgiving. my six year old loved this dish....

Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soupthis is a fabulously fantastic version of a classic.... i added a can of corn and a can of carrots, and manufic.... the baked corn tortia strips are a must.... garnished with chesse and avacodo... wonderful...

Cajun-spiced Chicken Fettuccine (9 Points)this dish is wonderful, however, next time i will add a few extra ingredients... bell pepper, a little purple onion, maybe a little celery too. now the sauce was a little skimmpy, needs more.... double recipe on the sauce????
