Cobbler (Berry, Peach or Apple)

So good. So easy. I use whatever fruit I have in hand, as we get a ton in our weekly organic CSA box, and I usually have the other ingredients around. I always add brown sugar and cinnamon to the fruit and a bit more on top. Yummy!

April's Biscuit Breakfast Pie

April's Biscuit Breakfast Pie

One of our favorite special breakfasts is biscuits and gravy and this is a pie version of that. I use this recipe for Christmas morning as it is fast and easy. I put it all together the night before, then pop it in the oven while we are opening gifts.

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Fast, easy, scrumptious. Really impresses guests when you tell them they are homemade, as they usually assume they are from Red Lobster. We love garlic, so I usually add a bit more and a little more cheese too.

Marinated Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Marinated Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Very good. Best with fresh, organic veggies. Husband loved the dressing and wants me to make a big batch and bottle it for him.

Main - Moist Cheddar Garlic Oven Fried Chicken Breast

Main - Moist Cheddar Garlic Oven Fried Chicken Breast

So yummy. I sliced it into long slices and placed on top of fusilli pasta tossed with fresh, organic sautéed zucchini, summer squash and minced garlic, and a homemade Alfredo sauce. Fresh garlic makes a huge difference and makes the house smell so good.
