Baked Parmesan CroutonsVery good, but I would bake at 300 for 15 to 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. They brown VERY fast at 450.

Best Ever Banana MuffinsThese are so easy and so delicious my four children and always guests niece and nephew request these for days after making a batch. So easy and quick I tend to make for two or three days and serve with scrambled eggs for a wonderful breakfast.

Sweet Potato CasseroleI have made this now every year since I found this. I use fresh sweet potatoes! And it is expected when I show up for holiday dinners, or just if I make a ham, chicken, or turkey dish... :) P.S. I do not change a thing it is perfection.

Peanut Butter ChewsI am from a family of 11, and we made these growing up, it is like a wonderful past time. My mom had lost the recipe when I was a teenager, we knew however how to make this by heart, or so we thought.... While we have looked for so many years for the recipe that we so much try to remember I think this one hit the spot. You see I am 32 now. After making this I realized this is the recipe!!! Lasagna, an old Sicilian recipeI have never made lasagna because every time I had tried I had been so unsuccessful. That is until I made this recipe kudos to the chef for this one. It is excellent and I now make lasagna, which my family of six love, as do all guest I make it for, of course I have yet to try with the chicken and pork. I use ground turkey, So good. I also use the sauce for this recipe for all my italian noodle dishes....Just LOVE quick, simple, and SO delicious.
