Balsamic Chicken On Minted Spinach, Fennel and Grape SlawThis was PHENOMENAL. Who would have thought that grapes, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, spinach and mint would create the basis for such a wonderful recipe? (I didn't.) But I tried it and my wife and I both loved it. A keeper. The fennel was so supprising. If you haven't had it your in for a treat.
