Best Waffles Ever

Best Waffles Ever

It took a really long time to make the egg whites, so while these waffles were so good you could eat them without anything, I probably won't be making these again any time soon. *I used butter instead of oil and my teenager accidentally dropped an 1/8 cup sugar in*

Two Ingredient Beer Bread

Two Ingredient Beer Bread

In fact, I'm making it again right now! I am using a little bit different flour, but this comes out to be a dense great bread.

One-dish Chicken & Rice Bake

One-dish Chicken & Rice Bake

I seemed to need a little more water. Second time added chicken bullion and extra water instead of soup and it was much better... along with a can of mixed vegetables.

Simple Veggie Fried Rice

Simple Veggie Fried Rice

You could replace the frozen veggies with fresh ones, but the time will be longer. [I posted this recipe.]

Spicy Fried Chicken

Spicy Fried Chicken

I didn't have a lot of milk so I used half the amount on the recipe and it worked just fine since you are just dipping the chicken in the milk... but my pan was really crusty at the end so i think i will try the potato thing next time

Boneless Pork Loin Roast with Herbed Pepper Rub

Boneless Pork Loin Roast with Herbed Pepper Rub

I put potatoes and carrots with it and added butter on them so they wouldn't dry out. I also didn't have parmesan or rosemary, but it still came out good. Had to cook for longer than what the recipe stated.

Money-Back Guarantee Brownies

Money-Back Guarantee Brownies

I'm allergic to nuts so did not put them in. First time I made this I thought the scraping of the bowl afterwards was delicious and the brownies were good. The last time I made them I used tub margarine which actually seemed to make the mix not sweet but the brownies like dark chocolate. I wish the recipe made a little less to be honest because you will want to eat all of them

Tandoori Chicken (low fat version)

Tandoori Chicken (low fat version)

I broiled the chicken and only marinated it for 30 minutes. It came out much milder this way and my baby and non-indian loving family was able to eat this milder version.
