Love my kids, work from home, love volleyball, taekwondo, and reading.
Italian: Fettuccine, Chicken Carbonara, Ravioli, you name it.
I love cooking but would really love to have a bigger kitchen to make it a little more enjoyable.
I have 5 kids so I cook for 7 people everyday!

Chicken Breasts Stuffed w/ Spinach and ProvaloneI had to modify with what I had on hand. I added bacon after looking at other recipes and only had swiss cheese. My family LOVED this!
