Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)These were super easy and so delicious! The whole family loved them. Even my little ones cleaned their plates. I served over rice. Keeping this one in my favorites for sure!!

Kata's ManicottiThis was super easy and yummy. We added cooked ground pork sausage and drained a can of spinach. Our 4 yr old couldn't get enough!!

Bacon-cheese Stuffed BurgersSuper yummy! I added salt, pepper, garlic powder, bread crumbs and an egg to the beef and used American cheese cuz that's what we had. Kids loved em!

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)I baked this in a casserole dish as others described. I also seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic (as I do with almost everything) and added sliced mushrooms. I would have added onions as wel but I iAd even less time than insoiriarion.

Chicken with Blue Cheese and Mustard SauceThis was very good and very easy. I salted and peppered the chicken before cooking, otherwise it was excellent! Yum yum!
