General Tso ChickenWe really enjoyed this. Reminded us of our favorite Chinese restaurant back home. Increase the amount of ginger for an extra "kick".

Best Ever Banana Muffins #1Everyone loved these. They were so moist and delicious. Watch them closely...mine were done in less than 20 minutes. I also added a teaspoon of vanilla.

French ToastDelicious! Using day-old bread seems to work the best. I left out the nutmeg and just added cinnamon and vanilla for flavor. Next time, I think I'll add a little orange zest.

Rosemary BreadThis was so delicious. Instead of forming the dough into the "focaccia" type shape as descibed, I just seperated it into round loaves. Great for dipping in a little extra virgin olive oil.

Hot and Spicy ChiliThis was pretty good. I left out the black beans and just used pintos. I'm still in search of the perfect chili recipe though.

Caraway Seed Rye BreadI loved this bread. Very dense and chewy, and it makes an excellent Reuben sandwich. I really like the flavor of caraway seeds so I doubled it to 2 Tbsp.

Cranberry Almond BiscottiThis was my first attempt at making biscotti and I was surprised at how well they turned out. I liked the contrast of the chewy cranberries with the crunch of the cookie. Next time I will cut the recipe in half, as it makes a whole lot of biscotti. Definitely add the orange zest, it adds a whole other layer of flavor.

Chocolate CheesecakeNot the best cheesecake I've ever had...but certainly delicious. It's not overly sweet which I liked, but I would have preferred a stronger chocolate flavor. Next time I'll try using an imported chocolate, because Hershey's just didn't cut it. I made a raspberry sauce to go with it.

Lemon ChickenThis was delicious. I thickend the juice left from the cooked chicken with some butter and a little flour and served it over pasta. A great, easy dinner that packs in a lot of flavor.

Apple Dumpling #2This was just awesome. I used regular sugar and I cut the apples in half. I also added about a teaspoon of rolled oats to the inside of each dumpling. They were easy to make, looked great and tasted even better. With a little scoop of vanilla ice cream, it makes the perfect fall dessert.

Pudding Mix Chocolate Chip CookiesGreat cookies. I used chocolate pudding and they turned out moist and delicious

Everything But the Kitchen Sink CookiesThis is one of my favorite cookie recipes. I left out the butterscotch and vanilla chips and added crushed corn flakes and coconut. Very appropriate name for this recipe. It makes for a very dense, chewy cookie.

Oat Sunflower Millet BreadEveryone loved this bread. It was great toasted with just a little butter, so warm and chewy. I didn't have any millet, so I just doubled up on the sunflower and added black sesame seeds. I also brushed the tops with a little milk and sprinkled on some rolled oats before baking in the oven (no breadmaker). Delicious!
