I've always loved to bake but have barely even cooked for the last 10 years because I'm always so tired from working. In early 2007 I quit working to care for my son, and since then I've been cooking and baking up a storm!

Easy Giant Hershey KissesA good way to measure the amount of chocolate needed is to measure out two funnels of unmelted chocolate. I used Hershey Kisses for an authentic taste. Two funnel's full of unmelted kisses yeilds one full solid kiss. This works for any size funnel! [I posted this recipe.]
