'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake and FrostingAbsolutely to die for!! I was too lazy to make 2 cakes and combine them, so just made a big one plus the frosting.. Baked 5 more mins, still came out moist and damn good!! What a mess I made in the kitchen! Haha! But will do it again for sure!! Thx for sharing!

Mince - Meatloaf wrapped with PorkThe meatloaf was really good. Only thing is it didn't mention the oven degrees for cooking. So I tried 180 degree centigrade which it came out just fine..

Best Ever Blueberry Coffee CakeWhat a great recipe!! Will make again.I used brown sugar w/ cinnamon for topping, since didn't have blue berries, I used strawberries instead. They were really sweet so I add only 230-240 ml sugar. Still awesome. thank you!

Spicy Garlic Rosemary Shrimp & PastaAmazing! I added some white wine and a bit of whipping cream, because I like a bit more sauce for my pasta. It's a great dish!

Kid's Favorite Fish SticksWhat a great dinner! My kid now asking for more cooking recipes for her to make, and what a mess in the kitchen! LOL! But it was fun and worth it. Classic MeatloafSo easy yet so good!! I substituted the Worcestershire sauce with steak sauce, and changed the ketchup to seasoned tomato sauce(with basil), added some fresh basil leaves,it turned out super!! it is my favorite dish!

Banana Bread - Best!When the title said it's the "best", I didn't quite believe it until I tried. Omg! it IS the BEST! I made 1 according to your recipe and the next day it was all gone!! My hubby and kid eats it for breakfast, after-school snack, dessert, and even as a late-night bite. So I'm making this bread every day or every other day now.. Once I left it baking a bit longer in the oven, but it just turned out more crunchy, my hubby just loved it!!!! Thank you for sharing this great recipe!

Hi ! Thank you so much for your great comment on my recipe page. You made me laugh. I love getting my kids into the kitchen with me. They have a lot of fun and are proud of themselves afterward. In fact, tonight is my 8 yr old's birthday and she has asked me to teach her how to make Grilled Baby Back Ribs and Corn tonight. Cooking with your kids is always a nice cherished family moment that they'll hopefully remember years from now.
