Crockpot Chicken CacciatoreI used fresh basil chopped into thin strips, and a couple sprigs of fresh rosemary. 29oz cans each of the tomato products. I also added 14oz of sherry cooking wine and 3 finely chopped rose potatoes. Used 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts and broke them up into soupy Constancy. Makes a great soup as well as served over pasta or rice.

Chicken AdoboTasty. Easy. Cheap. I add a few thickly chopped serranos for a nice kick.

The Best of Everything Veggie BurgerIn my experience these need to be cooked as slow as possible to get them firm on the inside before flipping. But they're well worth the effort . They are reminiscent of falafel burgers. Great with dill slices and A1.
