Chicken Georgia RecipeI tweeked this recipe a bit by cubeing the chicken, adding light cream cheese and milk and served with egg noodles, and topped with a herb and garlic cheese, it was a HUGE hit!

Grilled Rib Eye SteaksI am new to cooking steak, and I am not very good at it yet! I was only able to marinate or 4 hours and I broiled the steak, but my goodness there was so much flavor and the steak was very tender! Will definatly be a regular in our house! Even my 11 month old son loved it!

Oven Salmon CakesI didn't properly read the recipe and had fresh salmon instead of canned, I pan seared the salmon with a Cajun seasoning blend, flaked it and let it cool in the fridge before mixing in to the egg mixture. My whole family LOVED it! Will be making this one on numerous occations I'm sure!

Coca Cola ChickenA great surprise!! I used coke zero to reduce the sugar and callories! A really nice sweet chicken! I also took the chicken out of the skillet and baked it in the oven for a bit of a "carmalized" effect (not sure if that is the right word!)

Peanut Butter Reindeer CookiesAwesome cookies!! Huge hit at my sons playgroup Christmas party!! I would recommend chilling the dough overnight, makes it less crumbly and easier to decorate!! Just enough of a peanut butter taste, not to in your face! Also I loved how unique each cookie looked! Definatly look homemade!!
