What's for dinner?

I have lived in Utah for 19 years now (as of May, 2005) and call it home. I have lived in many states although find Utah chocked full of excitement in every aspect. I have been cooking since I was little and started cooking as a profession when I was 16. I moved to Utah from Idaho back in 1986 and went to chef school (here locally) in 1988. I have cooked for/in probably all arenas of cooking from private dining rooms, hotels, caterers, ski resorts, private homes, fine dining, retirement comunities, corporate feedings, etc. I am married and have only 1 son who is currently living at home (I think they stick around forever nowadays! HAHA!) He is planning to follow in my footsteps and has attended the very same cooking school that I did!!

We love camping, movie collecting/watching, 4X4 trail riding, fast cars and lazy weekends. There is no place better for all of this than Utah!~
