Herbed Pork TenderloinThis makes the heart of a good, complete meal. This recipe is a little heavy on the Rosemary for me, I'll cut that in half next time and double the salt. But, all in all, potatoes and pork together in an easy to put together, stick in the oven kind of meal is a winner.
