Bourbon ChickenWay to spicy. And my family likes spicy stuff. Maybe use chicken thighs vs. breast? Didn't taste like the bourbon chicken I am used to having.

Aw, sorry you couldn't handle the spice =( It's always interesting to me how out of the nearly 17,000 folks who love this recipe it ranges from "PERFECT spice!" to "A little spicy" to "Added MORE spice!" I myself love things spicy and am glad that your family is in the minority!
