Coconut ShrimpThese came out SO flippin' good! I made them for my dad's 60th birthday party. They were a big hit. I made a couple of different dipping sauces: the one in the recipe and then a spicy peanut one, and a non-spicy marmalade one.

Chris' Fire Roasted Stuffed Bell PeppersSO good. My boyfriend loves stuffed peppers so I made these for him and loved them. Next time I think I'll use more hot sauce AND add some beef. Otherwise, these were AMAZING!
