Slow Cooker Beef StroganoffI will make this again, but cut down on the ingredients a bit. Was a little too creamy for our liking.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork BarbecueThe end result was very good and my family all loved it! Only problem was that it took much longer from start to finish then was stated in the recipe. I ended up cooking the pork 12 hours in the slow cooker to get it to the right texture to pull apart nicely which is not good when there are hungry little mouths to feed. So I ended up pulling it apart and putting it in the fridge till the next day, then did the final 2 hour stage with the sauces. I had to cut back on the water because it was getting soupy and I added just a bit of brown sugar to make it a little sweeter. Now that I know the timing better I plan in advance next time I make it.
