Stilton stuffed dates wrapped in baconYou have to cook the bacon longer, not just 6 minutes per side; and cutting the dates in half will allow for more dates and you still get the FULL flavor-dee-licious! I used hot paprika on some & regular paprika on others, cut the bacon in half before wrapping it around the date, all great!!! Will definitely use this for my next appetizer at a party!

Simple Spinach and Red Bell Pepper PastaEasy, tasty, a bit too many onions left on the plate vs the peppers but overall taste is flavorful and healthy! I had a lot of left overs, so for two, I would 1/2 the recipe, maybe even 1/3 it.
