Mozzarella-Stuffed Tomatoes

Oh super yummy. I added some cream cheese and a bit of parmesan as well. I doubled the recipe and substituted olive oil mayo for the second dose of olive oil. Everyone loved it!! Thanks for this instant hit.

Chicken Baseballs

Chicken Baseballs

I used a regular (8oz) cream cheese and one can of chicken. But this was a hit! All 3 of my kids loved it, and it's pretty rare to get 3 out of 3!! Thanks ;-)

Ranch Roasted Potatoes

Ranch Roasted Potatoes

I've made this several times just as the recipie says (although it always takes more like 50 min to cook all the way through) ... Tonight I was in a rush, so here's a Quick Tip: microwave the potatoes, oil and seasoning for 12 min or until potatoes are cooked just through. Then broil in oven, watching closely and turning every 3 min till golden on most sides. Took a fraction of time and still yummy! Thanks for a great potato recipie!!

Blue Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops

Blue Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops

Wow... Even better than I thought. Made it tonight while company was in town. I made some with blue cheese and some with goat cheese (as some guests said they didn't like blue). Even the blue cheese hatres loved the blue better!! Gravy was smooth and wonderful. Thought it might be bitter due to the yogurt. But, not at all. I might even use that recipe for other dishes. Over all great dish. This will be made again!

Swedish Creamed Cabbage

Swedish Creamed Cabbage

Ok so Dad requested Creamed Cabbage as part of his birthday dinner. I used this recipes with a few tweaks.... I'm an old fashioned girl, so I used the stove instead microwave. And I left out the curry as my dad is not a fan. The only other change was the addition of 2 TBS of sugar to the cooking cabbage and 2TBS of extra finely chopped onion to the butter before adding to flour. Oh and I ended up adding a few dashes of milk once I mixed in the sauce to the cabbage. It was a hit!! Thanks for this recipe, next time I'm gonna give the curry a try ;-)

Blueberry Topping

Blueberry Topping

This was awesome and very simple. I like the fact that it didn't use as much sugar as other recipes. I quartered the ingredients and it turned out lovely. A hit on our waffles. Can't wait to try it on ice cream! Thanks!

Breakfast Casserole #2

Breakfast Casserole #2

This was good. I did not make it the night before as suggested. But I did thaw the hashbrowns. This took 50 min to cook all the way through. I will prob make this again but will add more hot sauce and cheddar cheese on top.

Spicy Southwestern Pasta Salad

Spicy Southwestern Pasta Salad

I too added a touch more lemon juice and hot sauce. But really that was cause I doubled the recipe and made it the night before a cookout (waited to add the avocado). Very big hit! A great new twist to the ol'pasta salad. Thanks!

Puleo's Grill Shrimp and Grits...sans Shrimp

Puleo's Grill Shrimp and Grits...sans Shrimp

This was very good! I used leftover shrimp and sausage from a low country boil, which made it even easier. My family is not big on bell peppers (of any color) so I left those out. I would recommend trying it
