Slow Cooker Chicken CacciatoreI really liked this! It was very easy and very yummy. Made a few modifications. I used a red pepper b/c that's what I had, boneless, skinless chicken breast and added a bit of italian seasoning and a bit of tomato paste. I also served it over egg noodles. Next time I will attempt to make the sauce a bit thicker. Overall...a keeper

Cheesecake Stuffed StrawberriesFantastic!!! Made these last night to bring to Passover dinner they were gobbled right up. Hint....we cut the bottoms off the strawberry so they could sit on the plate and display like the picture

Beef StroganoffDelish!!!!! I did make a few changes in an effort to make the dish gluten free. I used corn starch in place of flour and used a GF beef broth. I also doubled the recipe using only 1Csour cream and about 1 stick butter total. Fed my family of 5 with some leftovers:)
