What's for dinner?
Taco Monster Mouths
I have always enjoyed tinkering around in the kitchen, trying new recipes, changing them up a bit, creating recipes on the fly with what I have in the pantry.  I just cannot get enough of new recipes to try or cuisines to experiment with.  I lived in London years ago and was fascinated by the huge array of cuisines that were available to me.  It was there that I probably really developed my cooking addiction!  When I get free time and some extra money here and there, I usually jump at the chance to take cooking classes.  I have taken some in Mexico, New Orleans, California, Missouri, Tennessee and Florida. I especially enjoy cooking Italian, Mexican, Cuban, Spanish, Jamaican and different types of Asian cuisines.  During the holidays, I enjoy baking all types of desserts and a variety of breads.  My favorite food to eat.....that's easy, anything with chocolate !
