Garlic-roasted Chicken BreastsI did not like this recipe. It turned out just as dry as any other way I've cooked chicken breast. The flavors were boring and it took twice as long to cook than as the directions stated. :(

Dark Balsamic, Soy and Honey Glazed Grilled Northwest SalmonYummmm. Added some freshly grated ginger. Marinated for about 30 minutes and only did 1 Tlbs of brown sugar - not a fan of sweetness. Broiled instead of grilled. Just wanted to mention though: eating the skin is really good for you and delicious!

Sausage Meat and Spinach PastaI added sun-dried tomatoes an mushrooms. I would have liked to have added two bushels of spinach (or one whole bag) but didn't have enough! This is a pretty good recipe but next time i'd like to substitute something more clean like tofu or chicken was of sausage

Long Life Fertility Noodles with Happy ShrimpWow - made this with whole wheat pad Thai noodles, a little soy, and some garlic red chili paste. So clean and nutritious. One of my favorite means - seriously!
