I did not like this recipe. It turned out just as dry as any other way I've cooked chicken breast. The flavors were boring and it took twice as long to cook than as the directions stated. :(

Yummmm. Added some freshly grated ginger. Marinated for about 30 minutes and only did 1 Tlbs of brown sugar - not a fan of sweetness. Broiled instead of grilled. Just wanted to mention though: eating the skin is really good for you and delicious!
