Bakewell TartThe recipe was wrong and incomplete. The flour should be at least 2 cups and there was no mention of sugar in the filling ingredients.

Penne alla VodkaI had no pepper flakes so i used 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. It had just enough bite.

Gingered Pork and AsparagusI used crushed fresh ginger in the sauce and it was good. I tried it with linguine pasta instead of rice, could do with a little extra sauce for this.
