Peanut Butter FrostingFabulous! Light, fluffy and delicious. I took another reviewers advice and cut the vanilla to 1/2 tsp. Perfect. Very easy to make and recipe made enough to frost a 9 X 13 cake.

Elegant Baked SnapperOh my, that was fabulous!! I used 3/4 tsp. Old Bay instead of 1/2. Didn't have white pepper, so used black. It was great, very tasty. Thanks.

Country Corn BreadThis is the best cornbread recipe. I have tried numerous cornbread recipes from this and other sites and this is the quickest, easiest and best tasting. The taste and textture is fabulous. I make it at least once a week. I've tweaked it a little: 1 cup cornmeal and 1/2 cup flour instead of 3/4 cup of each. I also add 3/4 tsp of baking soda in addition to the baking powder.
