Cajun Chicken PastaAwesome recipe! Tweaked it a little bit. I only used 1/2 a green and red bell pepper. I think a whole green would have been to much. I even doubled everything else. I also added a few other spices not mentioned. Nevertheless it was amazing, and everyone loved it.

Cookies 'n' Cream CupcakesI loved the cake! Sour cream keeps it super moist. I wasn't crazy about icing. I now use a traditional cream cheese icing and use the crushed Oreos to top. Makes it a lot easier to use a piping bag and also makes it look prettier.

Cake BallsBig hit with the family! Extremely easy and fun to make. I've tried different cake mixes with different icing and all were so yummy. If you don't like super sweet try using a milder cake mix w cream cheese frosting

Pumpkin CupcakesMade these last night and they were wonderful! Huge hit with family and coworkers. Great texture and not to sweet. I made my own cream cheese frosting, and that made it even better.
