Firecracker Chicken Stir-fry
I moved here to Southern California (paradise) 6 years ago from Buffalo, NY. I have a great husband, a 4 year old Wheaton Terrier and 5 wonderful children. I love to walk with my dog Ozzie, bike ride with my husband. Wine tasting is a favorite activity as is cooking in my awesome kitchen. I also love to read and crochet but don't seem to have as much time for that as I would like, unless reading cookbooks counts.

I love food, good food. I love to eat it and to prepard it, as long as it doesn't involve balogna or sea urchin I'm in. My husband laments after a great meal "well I'll never see that one again", I admit, I'm disorganized when it comes to my recipes. I'm really hoping big oven can help me put everything in order.
